Seminar on market outlook for 2008 (Wednesday December 5, 2007)
PETALING JAYA: Investors keen to know more about the market outlook for next year should head for The Star Online and ChartNexus Sdn Bhd’s (CNXSB) financial seminar scheduled for this Saturday at Menara Star. The Stock Market Outlook for 2008 seminar will feature special guest RHB Research Institute Sdn Bhd head of research and chief economist Lim Chee Sing, who will give his views of the Malaysian economic and equity market. The seminar will be held at the Cybertorium from 9.30am to 1pm. “Many readers are increasingly financial savvy and they are proactively managing their own financial investment decisions,” said CNXSB chief trainer Justin Tan. Besides investor education, the series of seminars jointly organised by The Star Online and CNXSB are also aimed at promoting greater interaction among members of the investment community.
